I asked for a hair dryer at the hotel counter, but they said there wasn't one and they didn't do anything. It's like they completely don't know me. I don't want to go there again. I requested a refund from Trip.cup and left the hotel right away. Unfriendly staff. Incompetent employees.

It's in the alley next to the pedestrian street, very close to buses 109 and 152. The room is quite big and clean. There is water in the refrigerator for a fee. The reception staff are very polite and have a good attitude.
