房間比較普通，但還是可以入住 。
冷氣有點不足 。可能我是住在一樓，有一點異味 。不過這價錢還是可以入住的 。

床搖搖欲墜，桌子上都是蟲在爬，訂房時早餐是自助餐，這點是我選房的重要條件，實際上酒店連餐廳都沒有，衹是在大堂放2隻小桌子，前一天晚上服務員讓你在一衹紙上選一下食品物，2片麪包，一個雞蛋，一碗粉，一小盆蘋果片，一杯果汁，算是我們的自助餐，還要收我們每人20萬越南盾，後再三交涉説明，才不收我們。關於自助餐，酒店方説是寫錯了。大家不要上當，千萬不要訂這家酒店，房間小，不衞生，有小蟲，自助餐是坑。

酒店位置很好。在第一郡歌劇院跟日本街旁邊。走路去逛街很方便。飯店外觀還不錯。但房間實在很抱歉。空間大。但沒裝潢。非常簡單。浴室還可以。浴巾很乾淨。商務客。可以住。便宜吧。

我訂三人房給兩人房，換了兩人房床上有螞蟻沒有熱水，環境髒，衛生紙擦拭馬桶整個衛生紙都是黑的。再換一間說是VIP 房，房間有蚊子，桌上有螞蟻。晚上隔壁在開party,chat,sing, dance. And I called reception twice no one deal with that. Thay have party whole night. We can't sleep whole night. It's a terrible experience. I never come back again

Nice stay.
This is out second time to stay at Dyn Opera Hotel. Location is near by Opera House and Ho Chi Minh Hall.
When we arrived, the hotel lobby is under renovation and dusty. But, the staff apologized many times for the inconvinience caused.
