I was a bit unsure at first when I arrived as the hotel was in a out of the way location, don’t be put off by the reception area as the rooms certainly make up for the plain looking reception area. the lady in charge was very helpful though we were only able to communicate using Google translate which made the experience all that much better. The one bedroom apartment that I had was very large as was the bedroom and living area.
Downtown was easy to get to for food and shopping and I would recommend this place if you like a quite neighbourhood to spend a few days .

Made a booking with AsiaMiles and wanted to change the booking due to Saigon being closed and locked down in the pandemic. (Unable to fly to HCM.) The hotel was not even open or answering calls on the check in date and later, when someone could be reached they wouldn’t change the date or consider a refund. Truly reprehensible. So can’t recommend and would advise you walk far away from such a place. Hotels like this who try to grab cash from their guests are what’s wrong with the hotel industry here.
