The hotel is very clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location is fine since we can get a grab everywhere.
We were provided with a gallon of water for our 2 bedroom apartment.
However, the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishing.
- Many cracked tiles in the bathroom
- The painted walls are old and looks dirty
- The water in the bathtub and sink doesn't flow well
- The cupboards have yellow stains, rust stains, and are smelly due to lack of use
- The many paintings in the room and along the corridor are unsightly and somewhat creepy.
- There is no ensuite bathroom for the master room
The 2bdrm apartment we had is way too huge. The space could be refurbished for better utilisation.

Great furnishined apartment. Staff are super friendly and helpful in every manner. The view from the balcony is also pleasant. All appliances are easy to use. The only thing is maybe putting carpet into the bedroom.

Awesome spacious room with good sized loving room and balcony. Great service from the staff from the front desk to room service. Well maintained and all the things work. Wifi is stable. Washing machine and stove works well as we cooked and did laundry. Highly recommended.

This time I had a very bad check-in experience. I booked a one-night extension the day before. In the evening, the hotel front desk told me that he would have to wait until the next day to renew my stay. Early the next morning, the hotel called me at 9 o'clock and asked me to change rooms. I had already stayed for 3 nights and had all my luggage unpacked. I couldn't understand why the person who was continuing my stay was asked to change rooms at the last minute. I made a reservation to extend my stay the day before, and in the evening I went to the front desk to communicate and request to renew the lease of the original room. Very satisfied with the stay experience! The hotel is located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, right next to the US Consulate. There are many dining options within walking distance and sightseeing spots are not far away. When I checked in, I was upgraded to a two-bedroom room for free, and the check-in process was very fast. Although the hotel is obviously a bit old, the overall maintenance is very good and very clean. The only thing I can fault is that the sound insulation of the windows is not particularly ideal. The sound of car horns near the main road is very obvious, but it is acceptable. Recommended for visiting Ho Chi Minh City for fun or business trip.
