We were in this hotel 5 years ago, the name and owner were different, now it is the A 25 hotel chain, the equipment, of course, has become modern, cool plasma, new air conditioning, modern furniture. But the service suffered. Previously, we would come in after a walk, they would recognize us, say hello, now all the visitors are faceless, the kitchen is a mess, there are only 4-5 courses of coffee, either no coffee or cold, and before they even made real live yoghurts, my wife really liked them. Room aircondition is not cold; need servicing and refill refrigerant. Wall’s fan is too noisy; need to be replaced. 2 free drinking water bottles are too small and insufficient to drink and make coffee; should provide slightly larger bottle. Beds are not comfortable; need new replacement. Room cleaning staff and morning breakfast are hard working and good. Receptionists need some improvement in english.

Good size rooms and well laid out, we got a junior suite and it had a both room at either ends, good breakfast and good position in District 1 which is really the centre of Ho Chi Mihn City not far from anything you need to do and a helpful tourist advisor.
