The hotel is dead. All the furniture is old, the windows, if there are any, don’t close, they’re dirty, you can’t even see the street through them, the doors in the bathroom don’t close, and much more. Management is a different story: we requested early check-in, approved it, and when we arrived, we were put in a separate room and had to pay extra for every hour before check-in. The room was very noisy, it was virtually impossible to sleep. I requested an early check-out for a day in order to get my money back for one day, since the hotel did not match the photo and description - they refused, including the general manager. The goal at the hotel is to rip off as much money as possible, the rest is not important to them. But it is worth noting that the bedding was clean, all bathroom accessories were provided. It’s better to get angry in another area, further from the center, taxis around the city are cheap and you can get where you need to go.
