There is no longer a bus that goes directly to Dong Khoi Street, but there is a bus that passes through Takashimaya, so you can walk from that bus stop to the hotel. As of 2023, it costs 5,000 dong (30 yen) by bus. Bus number 109 requires a suitcase fee for two people, so it's a bit of a hassle (though it's a hefty amount).
