The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel service was good, and the breakfast area had a nice ambiance. The room was tidy, and the lighting in the room created a pleasant atmosphere, though I didn't pay much attention to the small details. Everything was pretty good. The hotel staff were all very polite. There's a gym and a pool, and the breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of choices.
It's a bit far from the attractions, about a twenty-minute walk.
The hairdryer is terrible; it's ancient and really hard to dry long hair with.

I stayed at Au Lac Legend Hotel and found the location very convenient, with most attractions within walking distance. The rooftop pool, lounge deck, and midday tea were nice highlights, and the front desk was helpful with organizing tours. The price meets expectations for what you get.
However, the service was disappointing. It often took multiple requests for drinks, table cleanup at breakfast, and even room cleaning, and the staff seemed overworked. I also booked two rooms with windows, but neither room actually had one.

It was a very nice room and very good service but the amenities most of them atleast were closed the day I went so I couldn’t enjoy what I came for overall if everyhting is open you will have a wonderful time here

The staff were great and the food was delicious. The rooms, lobby, and pool were all clean. For this price, being able to stay at such a high-quality place was truly wonderful. I'd love to stay here again.
