Tv and phone not working. No sheet on the bed, bathroom slippery. Noisy room, front desk doesn t even say hello or acknowledge custommers. Good location but beside that everything quite bad. Not recommended.

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to Pham Ngu Lao Street and the bus terminal (109# bus to the airport). There is a FamilyMart convenience store next to it. However, the room facilities are shabby and different from the photos.

The room was cramped and the sanitary condition was worrying. I had to clean it once every two days and the bath towel was actually dead🐜. I ran away overnight and would not give a full refund. The Ctrip platform is quite responsible. They called back in the middle of the night and actively fought for our rights and gave Ctrip Like 👍🏻

Good location for access, but the rooms are old and not well-equipped, so short-term stays are recommended.
I think the sheets and pillowcases lack a sense of cleanliness because they get dirty.
Two bottles of water are provided.
I wish I had an instant water heater.
There is an ashtray for smoking in front of the elevator, which is a nuisance for people who don't smoke.
