The hotel is a little bad taking care of, the walls are full of humidity and the sheets don’t feel clean it feels very dusty

安くてもこちらを選ぶのは絶対に辞めた方がよいです。
まず、到着できません。
細く暗い迷路のような道を彷徨い現地の方に聞きながらようやく到着できます。Googleマップを使っても自力で見つける事は不可能です。
また、無人です。スタッフは現地にはいません。
事前に何らかの方法で暗証番号を知り、ドアを開け、部屋の前のキーボックスより鍵を取り出します。この事について到着まで何の案内もありませんでした。
サポートセンターへの国際電話でお金を無駄にする事になります。
結果、スタッフの方に来ていただきチェックインする事はできましたが、ここまでで貴重な旅行の時間をかなりロスしています。
室内は値段を考えると許容範囲です。
ただ、歪んだ机、汚れたキッチン、前のゲストの残したゴミ、多くの蚊にストレスを感じます。
最後に、朝8:30に入口のドアを何度も叩かれてて、睡眠の邪魔をされました。
渋々出ると、男性スタッフがおり、オートロックキーの電池交換に来たとの事です。
朝、宿泊中のゲストを起こしてやらないといけない事でしょうか。
返金を希望しても受理されません。
みなさんの良い旅となるよう、こちらを選ぶ事だけはやめて下さい。
世界中のゲストハウスやホステルに泊まりましたがこんなに不快な部屋は初めてです。
今でも強く返金を希望します。

Khách sạn khó tìm hóc hẻm
Có chỗ để nhưng ko cho để xe (hỏi kĩ trước khi thuê)
Phòng đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi nhưng cũ kĩ , ga giường gối đã chuyển sang vàng , dính mực , sàn nhiều vệt đen, nhiều bụi
Mô hình tự động hóa toàn bộ không hướng dẫn trực tiếp chỉ có thể đọc hướng dẫn sử dụng mất nhiều thời gian tìm hiểu, nhưng đã hiểu rồi thì sẽ nhanh
Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt , giải đáp hỗ trợ ok
