No window Room is the best choice given the Noisy roadside at night

Average not like a 4star too much dust in room all over okay okay, Breakfast is average

This hotel offers exceptional value for the price. We reserved two Deluxe rooms for a one-night stay. The central location provides easy access to all attractions, major shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast on the 11th floor boasts an amazing view of Nguyen Hue street, with abundant and delicious food, complemented by excellent service. Highly recommended for a stay.

It’s a hotel at the best location possible . Right at the heart of the city . Almost everything is at walking distance and best part is that you get a hop on hop off buss at the entrance of the hotel . Hotel facilities late check in which was a blessing. Breakfast was well spread but few options for vegetarians. They allowed us to keep are luggage in the lobby for long hours which was quite helpful. Now rest you would have to try it yourself

The room is okay, look so heritage and nice. The location is the best.

If you rate the hotel then the location is in the center for those who want to be in the city it is great the hotel is a bit outdated but reasonable for the price the staff is pleasant and friendly

Convenience location, service is ok, enough for short stay

Room looked a little rundown but was clean and comfy (scuffs on walls and furniture but everything was in good working order). Staff was friendly and helpful. 5-star location within District 1, which allowed us to save money on taxis. Only thing was that the room is very much not soundproof. Though not the hotel’s fault, there was loud music till late night due to a music festival happening just in front of the hotel. Overall still a good place 👍🏻

Need upgrades all accessories because bath ware too old

Nice place and will return when I get a chance

I left my house keys in the hotel and didn't notice until I was at my gate in the airport, I called the hotel and they helped to find my keys, book a Grab driver, translate between us and get the driver to bring my keys to the airport before I got on my flight. Overall fantastic service
