Aloha Aparthotel - City Centre

I reserved 3 months of rent for this place during the summer, and it was reasonable to stay in good location with many shops and restaurants surrounding the neighborhood. It is a good price, reasonably clean and perhaps it fits for those who understand the local, budget travel and able to communicate in local languages will be much easier. The staff are helpful without any issues during stays. My suggestion is to clean up and housekeeping in the entrance, and basement area. Some fix is required for a small problem inside the room, ie cable for TV, door handles etc.

Also known as Aloha Hotel. Avoid this place like the plague. For starters the reception is in the basement garage which consists of a small desk and 2 chairs. My room was on the 6th floor and upon entering and looking around I realised what a mistake I'd made booking here. The room looked like it was in the midst of a poor redecoration. 3 different paint shades in the bedroom alone. Dirty double bed. No bedside lamps. No chairs. To the kitchen..no cups no plates no cutlery. No coffee or tea. Empty cupboards. An extractor unit that didn't work. Don't know why it was there anyway. The bathroom. No soap, no shampoo and a cold shower. Eventually I went down to the basement 'office' to complain but the girl who runs the place, a Ms Nhien, had gone home (4.30pm) and had left an old gentleman at the desk who didn't speak any English! Absolute disgrace of a business. Absolutely avoid this place and DONT pay in cash on arrival like I did. (Photos to come)
