Great concept, poor execution – wouldn't rush back I stayed in the Vitality Courtyard (Room 601, King bed). Let's start with the positives: Wi-Fi was fast (47.1Mbps down, 21.6Mbps up), and despite everything, I did get a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. The issues: The room felt very cramped, view was literally the stairs outside. Bad bathroom design – water leaked everywhere, which also made cleaning difficult for housekeeping Found hair strands in the toilet area and on the room bench (not acceptable at any price point) Overall: This place is "good in concept, bad in practice." The layout and hygiene let it down badly. Average at best, disappointing at worst. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Had a nice 5D4N stay at this hotel. Love the bed as it's hard but the pillow is kinda too soft for my liking. During the first 2 days of my stay, it was kind of noisy as there was a festival going on nearby—noise lasted about 11pm. For a light sleeper like me, I think it was still acceptable but do bring earplugs just incase! Bathroom is kinda small but overall cleanliness is quite okay. Location js great as you can easily walk to places. Not difficult to call Grab too. Overall, we had a great stay here. Hopefully this review can manage your expectations if you plan to book this hotel! ❤️

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location was also convenient and easy to get around. Overall a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely consider staying here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊

Hotel location is strategic and easy accessible by walking to popular tourist spots like post station, and independence centre! Like the ambience and atmosphere! Worth the price and definitely will visit again!

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. In the morning when I woke up, I discovered a very large cockroach right next to my bed. It was shocking and frightening. Because of the sudden panic, I accidentally hit the corner of the bed while moving away, and the area below my knee became swollen. This incident made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Cleanliness and pest control are extremely important in a hotel, and finding such a large cockroach inside the room is unacceptable. I hope the hotel will take this issue seriously and improve their hygiene and pest control to prevent this from happening to other guests.

This hotel was wonderful! The location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and always smiling, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. I would definitely come back if I have the chance. Overall, everything was great. The only small downside was the wifi pop being a bit weak, but it wasn’t a big issue. I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Had a great stay here during my first trip to Ho Chi Minh City with my friend. We stayed for 4 nights and honestly loved everything about it. The apartment has a cozy, Muji-style mini apartment vibe, super aesthetic and comfortable. The bathroom was a highlight for me — it comes with a bathtub and I loved it 🛁 The bed was really soft and comfy, we slept so well every night. Room service was provided daily with fresh towels, which we really appreciated. The design, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Special shoutout to the security guard, especially the older uncle — he helped us a lot, even assisting with communication with Grab drivers. The pickup point is a bit further behind due to the busy main road, but he made sure the Grab could pick us up right in front. Really thoughtful 🥹 The environment was quiet, the TV had Netflix, and we even used the apartment’s laundry service for our dirty clothes. Overall, such a fun and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back again!
