trải nghiệm của tôi về chuyến đi này vô cùng thất vọng khi ở 1 nơi chẳng ra gì. lúc đầu ở summer's House thì cửa ra vào dùng thẻ điện từ không vào đc. NV hổ trợ không giải quyết. Bắt tôi chờ 2 tiếng thi đổi tôi qua 1 khu vực nhỏ hơn trước. cửa tủ phòng thì quá ồn.

Будьте готовы к тому, что отель практикует "самостоятельную регистрацию". Это значит, что вам нужно будет скинуть фото паспортов и виз, затем приехать и пройти целый квест, чтобы попасть в номер. При этом у нас на следующий день возникла ситуация, когда перестала работать ключ- карта, при этом сотрудников нет, техподдержка не самая оперативная. Полчаса пришлось повозиться и потом нам сообщили разовый пароль для входа. Апаратаменты вероятно хороши для длительного пребывания, а не как в нашем случае "на одну ночь", чистота оставляет делать лучшего, толькопостельное белье свежее, есть посуда, но одна кружка, горячая вода непостоянна . Если бы была возможность, прикрепила бы видео, как мы мучилась с замком и техподдержкой.

Bedsheets appear used (hairs, knitters, stains, sheets are white but not "white"), they call it environment-friendly 🫠
Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks.
Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm).
Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled.
Toilet shower leaking.
Pro:
If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price.
The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!).
The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases.

這種公寓要注意了，千萬不要上當，衞生這麼差就不説了，半夜三更起來開空調，打不開，沖涼房不到一個平方，還要設計一個玻璃門，大家幫我想個辦法這個門怎麼進去沖涼了，倒黴透了

This is the 2nd time i've lived in this hotel. Perfect location and environment. Service was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant is better than any other places in Dalat. Nearly all the meals i ate in hotel's restaurant.
