Hard to find, ac doesn’t work very well. But Reasonable price.

This is the 2nd time i've lived in this hotel. Perfect location and environment. Service was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant is better than any other places in Dalat. Nearly all the meals i ate in hotel's restaurant.

Con: Bedsheets appear used (hairs, knitters, stains, sheets are white but not "white"), they call it environment-friendly 🫠 Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks. Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm). Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled. Toilet shower leaking. Pro: If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price. The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!). The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases. They message you on zalo, whatsapp and sms parallel

THE HOTEL are reqlly good. the location is better and we can eaily to find what we want. we feel really comfortable. I will come again. I will recommand my firend

My experience on this trip was extremely disappointing when I stayed in a place with nothing. At first, at Summer's House, the electronic card door couldn't be accessed. Support staff did not resolve the issue. Made me wait 2 hours for the test to change me to a smaller area than before. The room's closet door is too noisy.

Be prepared for the hotel to practice "self check-in". This means that you will need to send photos of your passports and visas, then come and go through a whole quest to get into your room. At the same time, the next day we had a situation where the key card stopped working, while there were no employees, technical support was not the most prompt. We had to tinker for half an hour and then we were given a one-time password to enter. The apartments are probably good for a long stay, and not as in our case “for one night”, the cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired, only the bed linen is fresh, there are dishes, but only one mug, the hot water is inconsistent. If possible, I would attach a video of how we struggled with the lock and technical support.

Suitable for introverts. Modern, smart hotel. Create a feeling of freedom like your own home. Vietnam is developing many more good hotel models like this. Thanks this place!

Be careful with this kind of apartment. Don’t be fooled. Not to mention the poor hygiene. I woke up in the middle of the night to turn on the air conditioner, but it couldn’t be turned on. The shower room is less than one square meter and it has to be designed with a glass door. Please help me think of a way to do this. Why did I go in to take a shower? It's so unlucky.
