Breakfast is not bad. Hotel interior is very old & rundown. Only the aircon compressor is new. Bathroom water pressure is very weak. Bathroom doorknob is also broken. Day one, room floor was very “sticky”. Looks like maintenance upkeep has more work to do. Level 2, is a lounge which can be noisy on some nights. Positives is a short walk 6 minutes to Saigon Centre (Takashimaya). Its surroundings has lots of food options, massage, recreation (family KTV), etc.

The environment is just average, but it's super convenient for shopping and buying food and necessities. Probably the best massage in Ho Chi Minh is right next door. The staff's attitude was good. There aren't many facilities, and the room design feels stuck in the 80s. The mattress was too soft. It was very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

I checked in late, but they were very accommodating. The location is great, close to the bus stop and Ben Thanh Market, as well as the Fine Arts Museum.

Great location and spacious rooms, but they're a bit dated and show their age. The hotel definitely needs some renovation. The staff, however, were very polite and courteous.

My friend and I found this hotel was very accommodative and suitable for us in terms of price and location , it's easy to navigate and so on.

Traffic free& near exchange

Check-in was really straightforward and one of the fastest check-in experiences I’ve ever had. The room is really spacious with that price and the bed was really comfortable! The downside is the breakfast option was pretty bad and there is a worm swimming in my bathtub!

I don't recommend this property for business travellers. I stayed on a weekday, though couldn't sleep at all by one of the 4th floor rooms. The room looked nice in daytime, though after the sunset the condition turned into the hell. The bed was shaking due to the massive noise and it didn't stop until check out. The reception desk doesn't function during the night, no-one picked up the call. The management recognized this serious problem though just let it be, and didn't refound the full amount. If the people planning to enjoy night-life and don't need to sleep, this property would be a good option. The location is very good if you wish to use public bus or Grab.
