Главный плюс отеля это его месторасположение. Находится в самом центре города. Рядом Опера и торговые центры. Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Но есть очень жирный минус- плохая работа кондиционера в номере. Мы заселились сначала в стандартный номер. Он оказался совсем не похож на фото и мы сомневается, что его площадь была 25м. Окно выходило на стену с кондиционерами. сами стены в номере были горячими. Кондиционер не был включён. Если учесть, что на улице 40 градусов жары, то в комнате была просто сауна. Кондиционер не смог охладить комнату за 20 минут, невозможно было находиться в комнате. Мы попросили ресепшен что-то сделать с этим. Нас переделали в номер более высокого уровня, за что большое спасибо персоналу. Номе был гораздо просторные и уютнее, но там также было очень жарко и душно внутри. Кондиционер смог хоть немного охладить половину комнаты только через 4 часа работы. Мы еле уснули и были очень рады, что нам рано утром уезжать в аэропорт и мы здесь остановились только на одну ночь. К слову в ванной комнате нет кондиционера, там есть что-то типа вентилятора в дырке, выходящий на улицу. То есть в ванной всегда жара как на улице. В коридорах и лифте кондиционеров тоже нет. Поэтому пока ждёшь лифт, который очень медленный, то можно получить тепловой удар. Отсутствие нормального кондиционирования-это единственный минус данного отеля.

the room has a terrible damp water smell and the carpet is dusty. The staff at the concierge is also rude in handling my luggage storage in the hotel.
