Hilton Hotel is relatively old, the service attitude is very good, friends who don't have any requirements for decoration can stay there, there is free afternoon tea on the 5th floor, you can go there for afternoon tea in the afternoon

Very poor customer experience where Sheraton insisted that I had to pay for my breakfast (while I literally having breakfast) when my hotel deposit had gone over limit (without my prior knowledge). I requested if I could clear my room account upon my departure but Sheraton insisted I had to on the spot. Literally indicating I will run away without paying. I escalated the matter to the Director of rooms which they subsequently apologised and refunded my breakfast sum as token of apology.
Sheraton also extended my late check-out to 3pm as a form of goodwill. Alas, the follow up was bad where they did not reflect my extension in my room key. I found out when I got locked out and had to go to lobby customer service to rectify it. Sheraton level of customer service is left much to be desired as a 5 star hotel.

The location of Sheraton is unbeatable. If I go to Ho Chi Minh again, I will still choose it. Chinese restaurants, Japanese food, supermarkets, and small pharmacies are all just a few minutes away. It is also the starting point of the sightseeing bus, and you can immediately get a sense of direction after taking a tour of the popular attractions.

They upgraded me without notifying me, which was originally a good thing. But they didn’t tell me until I extended my stay in the original room the next day, and they had to make up the difference, otherwise they would change rooms. I feel that this kind of practice in Vietnam is unacceptable.

A Chrome Hearts necklace was lost in the hotel room. Very disappointed! The hotel checked the surveillance and found that it was worn when I returned to the hotel at 4pm on 2/5. I left without it at 5pm. I found it missing when I checked out on 3/5.
