Perfect location since it’s located just in the next block from Ben Thanh. There are so many restaurants outside. Walking distance from some tourist spots also.

Overall 4 of us feel that the location is super convenient to navigate to most of the sightseeing places in Q1. However, the housekeeping department needs to improve their services. The front desk staffs have done their very best to accommodate our request.

This hotel is perfectly located right next to Ben Thanh Market. The staff are incredibly friendly and were a huge help in securing my buffet dinner reservation. Having stayed here 10 years ago, I was thrilled to find that everything is still maintained in excellent condition. It’s rare to find such consistency—I will definitely be back!

1. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, nestled between Ben Thanh Market and the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace). It's an absolutely perfect spot. Yet, it's not noisy at all, very quiet. We could walk to all the nearby attractions, which was incredibly convenient.
2. The hotel service was quite good. Since our flight was at 2 AM, we checked out at noon and left our luggage at the front desk until 11 PM. We spent the day exploring, came back, grabbed our bags, and headed to the airport—very convenient.
3. The downside is that the hotel was renovated in 2015, so the facilities are a bit older. However, they've been well-maintained overall. The room felt like an older four-star hotel in China.
We chose this hotel precisely because of its amazing convenience; the location truly is top-notch (marked with an X in the pictures).

The hotel is very clean and staff help you cross the road if you are nervous. Very close to Ben Thanh market & Saigon Centre. The gym was very small though. It even felt crowded with 2 people in there. Pool is clean but very small. Overall I would recommend for service and location

The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The security guard at the entrance was also very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was great and easy access to many attractions and restaurants.The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.One of our friends was sick and they helped us with proper medical information ( eg Hospital location , clinic locations and Pharmacy locations )The next morning they called up to check on our friend's condition...)
