The city view is great and the staff is friendly. There were 3 of us and it was clean and we were satisfied with the price.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Vietnam, bar none. The smell in the room is too strong, the white towels are dirty than the rags, order, the environment is not bad, there are pitfalls everywhere, I will never stay here again, bad review.
Dilapidated environment everywhere! Peeling wallpaper, shaky faucets, thin towels

I couldn’t go, but the hotel refused to refund. That’s is very unfair and it speaks to the tune that hotel is desperate and probably doesn’t get customers

The customer service was very bad, they charge you for laundary even though it was smelly and dirty. Make sure to make up the bad and ensure it doesn’t get dirty, not even little bit.
