A fantastic homestay, beautiful place with pool. Great hosts, very helpful with everything. Morning green tea with host. Bike hire, plus location is 3 minute walk to all great food and drink places. Scenery is amazing, a must stop over if heading to hanoi . great places to explore

Over rated. We found the place to be noisy from construction and the family were loud and shouting into the night and morning. But in the day time when you needed them they were asleep. Useless.. Big cockroaches in my room twice, not worth mentioning they won't do anything.

This was a great stay. We arrived in Ninh Binh on the busy Reunification holiday and were stuck at the train station without a Grab or taxi in sight — so the homestay staff kindly picked us up in a pinch! The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Great location away from the hustle of Tam Coc. Lovely pool. Staff shared a list of local attractions and services they offer, like booking bus tickets etc. Would highly recommend staying here!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo visitato Tam Coc e abbiamo scelto di trascorrere 3 notti in questo posto delizioso, veramente autentico portato avanti da una famiglia con marito e moglie, due bambini e i due nonni. Si trova a 200m dalla fermata dei bus e dalla partenza delle barchette. Centrale ma in una via silenziosa che costeggia il laghetto. Ci sono poche camere stile bungalow, grandi e pulite con bagno. Ognuna ha il suo tavolino con sedie esterno per fare un ottima colazione preparata al momento a scelta dal menù. C'è anche una bella piscina. I proprietari ci hanno aiutato in tutto, dai transfert al noleggio scooter a 4€ al giorno con casco. (qua non esiste assicurazione o compilazione di documenti per il noleggio). Ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per visitare al meglio il sito.

Thanh and his wife are a hard-working couple with a pleasant place to stay. Plusses include an (unheated) pool, good-sized room, excellent breakfast served outside your room and willingness to help organize other elements of your trip. We rented a couple fairly beat up bikes from them for the day and used those to ride to Mua caves and Trang An boat rides. Another plus was the location of their place --- off the main drag with its accompanying noise and traffic, but an easy 5 minute walk to there. For the very low price, the place felt like a bargain.

très proche du centre, des restaurants et de la sortie en bateau sans en avoir les nuisances. piscine fraîche mais très agréable. service de laundry efficace. location de scooter et vélo sur place. bon petit déjeuner avec jus de fruit frais. famille agréable et sympathique chambre simple mais propre. lit refait chaque jour et changement de serviette. frigo et bouilloire dans la chambre. un peu de bruit avant 9h le matin dû aux travaux du voisinage et à la construction de deux nouvelles chambres

Hôtes accueillants, souriants, prêts à aider, avec un niveau d'anglais (et même de français!) surprenant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et incluent frigo, bouilloire et eau chaude. La piscine est parfaite. Le petit-déjeuner est inclus (jus+café+choix d'oeufs ou de pancake+fruits). Il y a aussi possibilité de souper sur place. Les prix sont abordables, la nourriture est bonne et les hôtes sont très serviables. Le wifi est excellent. L'emplacement de cet hébergement est excellent, à quelques pas de l'embarcadère de Tam Coc et du mini centre-ville. Je recommande à 100%!

This was by far the best home stay experience I have ever had. I enjoyed interacting with the family and that is what made the experience for me. Thanh was extremely accomodating and pays attention to detail. He even offered to pick me up from the bus station at 3:30 in the morning! The property it self was located very nicely. It was quiet and hidden from the busy streets but close enough to the town centre. The property was very well maintained with a nice, clean swimming pool, beautiful garden and clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very yummy. I recommend the banana pancakes. Thanh and his wife cooked me amazing dinners and even taught me how to make fried spring rolls which I highly recommend. There were bicycles and motorbikes available for hire at a reasonable price. Thanh was available to answer any questions I had. I spent many hours drinking green tea with him. Of course the experience is always what you make of it and I decided to spend time with him and his lovely family which is what made the experience for me (good food and great people). I hope they come visit me in California one day.
