My partner and I have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Absolute cleanliness, great buffet breakfast with Vietnamese and western options. Reception staff very attentive and pleasant. The room was comfortable, spacious and with quality linens. Mattress a little hard for our taste. The entire Boutique hotel was designed and decorated with taste and detail. The swimming pool is very good.
They have a store to buy products that they make themselves. It is on a secondary street in the center of Tam Coc so you can breathe tranquility but knowing that in a 5-minute walk you have all the options to eat and book excursions or transport. We highly recommend it.

We lashed out and treated ourselves to an upgrade. It was so worth the extra. Our room on level 6 was outstanding and the views were phenomenal from the panoramic windows. The location was central with many good, cheap places to eat. The front office was happy to arrange transport if needed or they had free bikes on hand. We loved it and highly recommend a stay.

Far enough from the main street of Ninh Binh so as not to notice the noise, but close enough to every activity that is useful to the tourist, this relatively small hotel certainly offers enough to guarantee a pleasant stay. Lovely hotel - located in a quiet street. Helpful staff all over - but a bit better english in the reception would have been nice - but they were sweet and it worked fine.
Nice breakfast with everything you need. Had dinner twice - really tasty. Big rooms and very clean - good with the balcony.
Speciel is the embroidery items all over the hotel - a woman is embroidering it in a small workshop - and there is s fine shop.
City center of Tam Coc very near with a lot of restaurants.
If I should come back - this hotel would be my first choice.

Beautiful hotel, quietly located, very large, stylish and authentically furnished rooms with a large balcony. Bathroom with a large bathtub and shower cubicle. A true oasis. The owners come from a family that practices traditional Vietnamese embroidery. This can be seen in the many lovely details in the room and throughout the hotel. And there is a shop where you can buy beautiful embroidered souvenirs.

Lovely hotel tucked away on a side street, away from the noise of “downtown”. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, perfectly appointed and nicely decorated with a beautiful view. Breakfast offers everything one could expect or desire. Very good address.

My wife, two adult daughters and I were booked her for one night as part of a guided 2-day tour in Pu Luong and Ninh Binh, and we could not have been happier. Ninh Binh and Cam Toc are busy backpacker-friendly towns, but Le Clos du Fils felt like a nice, quiet oasis in the midst of all that. Super comfortable rooms, friendly staff, even an on-site embroidery shop that my wife and daughters loved. It was a great place to relax after a busy day.

Really lovely oasis of calm. Great pool and spectacular room. Back from the Main Street so quite quiet. Centre of embroidery too. We stayed one night and wish it had been longer. We ate in the restaurant which was very pleasant indeed overlooking the pool
