Tam Coc Condeluz Boutique Hotel

Mixed feelings about the hotel, it didn't look bad in the photos, they are super edited and made with some AI, however when we got there we found a few problems with the room, initially it was not exactly as shown in the photos. It had some details that became important, such as there was no remote control and it happened in more than one room, (I found out when I reported everything to the reception), the shower did not work properly, it did not hold to the wall so you had to be grabbing it, and the cleaning was not the best. I spoke with the manager a couple of times on the phone, (since he never showed up at the hotel) and after much arguing that they were not going to refund my money and that they were thinking of sending me to a hotel that from the photos looked quite poor as it should be. which I had already paid, after a while they changed us to a better one in which we had no problem. I was left with a bittersweet feeling since after the bad time a solution was reached, which was in my favor. It is worth mentioning that if it were not for the misleading images and the details that were made important, the hotel in general terms was quite good. (except for breakfast).

Khách sạn thoáng đãng, sạch sẽ và khá yên tĩnh trong trung tâm Tam Cốc - Ninh Bình. Tôi có trải nghiemej1 đêm tại phòng lớn nhất tầng 6 ở đây. Phòng có bồn tắm và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Bữa sáng thì không quá đa dạng nhưng có các món quen thuộc như Phở hoặc bánh cuốn cùng hoa quả... Nhân viên có thái độ niềm nở và nhiệt tình đón tiếp chúng tôi. Đặc biệt là anh lễ tân đã hướng dẫn chúng tôi du lịch tại Tam Cốc - Ninh Bình. Có một điều tôi băn khoăn ở đây là Tam Coc "Condeluz" là Con Dê à?
