The heater did not work in the room and they would not give us another room because the reservation was done through a third party.

Difficulty attempting to check in based on address from ID, key cards did not work in the morning hours prior to check out, room was certainly not cleaned! Dirty, old items remained in fridge from a previous occupant! Will not stay there again!

My room was freezing when we arrived. The thermostat is still set for cooling so unless we were under the covers it’s freezing cold. I went to shower and even the water was cold. I let it run for twenty minutes and it only became lukewarm but more on the cold side. My experience with the room was horrible. I’ll let the front desk know when we check out soon.

for two nights, tv never worked, called so many times, no one showed up toStayed fix it.
Front desk and manger did not care.
Breakfast was like a homeless shelter.
Coffee was cold.
I will never Stay here again.
