Comfort Suites Hobbs

bathtub hardware broke and or missing in tub and cockroach greeted us first thing in tub area :( telephone in room doesnt work fitted sheet not acceptable called for new ones Breakfast and its helpers was excellent, pillows and tv were great, only ice machine that worked was on 1st floor, we were on 3rd :(, it did seem safe area overall

I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection seems to have grown. The lobby was really nicely decorated for Christmas. The suites are layed out well with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Great hotel. Manager Amanda was a delight and very helpful with my early departure. Rooms was clean and beds are super comfy. Would stay here again when I’m in the area. Great breakfast bar full and not dried out. Everything was great. Great service and great hotel.

It was a nice hotel, a little old but was just fine for me and my family. The pool was cold because the heater didn’t work but my Girls didn’t mind. Popcorn and warm cookies when we got there and close everything.

We stayed in Hobbs last minute and were very happy that we chose this place. The room was very spacious and the whole family loved the breakfast! All the employees were very nice and made our stay great.

Just the best staff virtually anywhere,.. if you care about personal attention, kind mannerisms and cleanliness. I have stayed at this location numerous times and there isn't a bad thing to say. Me an Mel like to walk and there is a park with lake a short walk away. It's safe and we haven't had a single bad experience. The rooms are very well maintained and things are above acceptable. Thanks Rey! But the best feature here is the staff. Amanda is the GM and you couldn't ask for better. She really cares about her guests and it shows in her kindness to people. Devon is another jewel here. He really made us feel welcome and it was nice that he knows sign language. It takes a special person to make the effort to communicate with people and Devon does that. Last on the short list, but certainly the rest of the staff should be included, is Lidia. She heads up housekeeping and is obviously on her "A" game. It shows in her cleaning staff and the extra attention she paid to not only cleanliness of the hotel, but in working with the guests to ensure minimal impact to the guests. You believe her when she says she cares. You can't go wrong staying here. It's a solid CHOICE for short or long stays and I highly recommend them.

My stay was great , Alexys the front desk clerk was kind and pointed me in the right direction for food and attractions in Hobbs ! The breakfast was good they even have home made salsa! I will be back
