The lobby worker Alexys assisted us in booking a room. We had been to another hotel today and there was ants and the tub was dirty so we left and came to comfort suites. We told Alexys our situation and she was happy to help, she took time to show us a room to ensure that it was clean to our liking.

Alexys was very sweet and helpful during our check out. She gave us information on nearby places to eat before leaving town. And the way she managed to answer our questions while the lobby was full of other customers. This small interaction with her made our trip, we will definitely be booking at this hotel when we come back!

This location has it all! My room is comfortable, and clean! The internet is blazing fast at 200Mbs! To top it off I had a delightful breakfast waiting when i woke up; eggs, sausage, potato's and even homemade salsa that Maria brings in for the guests! I continue to stay here each month for these reasons! Thank you! Especially Maria, for her generosity!

bathtub hardware broke and or missing in tub and cockroach greeted us first thing in tub area :(
telephone in room doesnt work
fitted sheet not acceptable called for new ones
Breakfast and its helpers was excellent, pillows and tv were great, only ice machine that worked was on 1st floor, we were on 3rd :(, it did seem safe area overall

I have stayed at this hotel a dozen times. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection seems to have grown. The lobby was really nicely decorated for Christmas. The suites are layed out well with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Great hotel. Manager Amanda was a delight and very helpful with my early departure. Rooms was clean and beds are super comfy. Would stay here again when I’m in the area. Great breakfast bar full and not dried out. Everything was great. Great service and great hotel.

It was a nice hotel, a little old but was just fine for me and my family. The pool was cold because the heater didn’t work but my
Girls didn’t mind. Popcorn and warm cookies when we got there and close everything.
