I called the hotel for some information as I have a strong accent she couldn't understand and the receptionist was very rude worst experience ever in the hotel industry. Later on she hung up and then I called again and another person helped me but it wasn't a good experience.

The hotel was good overall, clean. There were a couple issues there in regard to the front desk staff. Every single time I went to the front desk, there was no guest service available. Not once were they present when I approached the desk. One visit, I waited for about 10 minutes to ask for a couple of towels. When it was check out time, the housekeepers constantly asked us if we were going to check out, but it wasn't even check out time. We felt a bit rushed.

I paid extra for this place so that we could enjoy the hot tub after 2 days of traveling and sleeping in the car. The hot tub was "out of service." Looking back through reviews, seems like it had been out for months, yet they still advertise that they have one. Definitely false advertising. Thought, hey, I'll just take a hot bath. The tub was dirty and stained and backing up when we showered, so no bath either.
Also, stepped on what I grew up calling a "sticker". Thank goodness I had shoes on because those things hurt!!
