We were pleased with the hotel, the staff was responsive.
Excellent breakfast with a large selection of dishes, everything was very tasty.
There is a swimming pool and sun loungers on the territory, but unfortunately we did not use them, as it was not very hot.

Sat outside for a drink in the evening , despite using mossie spray got lots of bites. We had been in the region over 2 weeks without a bite !

Excellent dinner at the Pegasus restaurant. The Portuguese menu was good and we got good advice. Excellent service by Arnold. Thank you. The reception desk at the hotel is not very helpful. Training is needed to make the receptionists more customer-oriented

Heerlijk diner gehad bij deze mooie locatie. Prachtig hotel met twee restaurants, wellness en buiten zwembad. Vriendelijke personeel en een uitstekende kaart. Ze serveren zuid Afrikaanse, Portugese en Amerikaanse gerechten. Buiten terras heeft prachtig uitzicht op de Drakensbergen. Echt een aanrader voor een diner met klasse

Great service at Mirage bar the food and drinks are to die for , the conference facilities are amazing & The rooms are nice and the view of drakensig Mountain View is very unique we were well taken care by all the staff that is amazing Anastacia was brilliant and we thank Sandile for taking extra care to make sure everyone and everything is Amazing!

Well appointed buildings and grounds. Pleasant staff - not always appearing on top of their game! Service was a little too relaxed erring on sluggish but ultimately efficient. Disappointed to find drinks menu was priced without taxes, this meant that we were unprepared for the final bill and tipped accordingly!

Radisson Safari Hoedspruit is a wonderful resort. Almost each staff greets us with a smile & hospitality. Food at Mirage restaurant are fantastic especially the bobotie! Shout out to Tabogo for giving us wonderful service! Couple things that are missing are Cultural Show/Entertainment and ATM machine.
