Kapama was the best experience I've ever had in a luxury hotel in the world. And the best: a complete experience in the Savanna, which is also the best you can have when traveling. The Kapama reservation is known worldwide and it has always been a dream to be here. Starting with the rooms. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, huge and very tasteful, offering many amenities. Kapama offers an all-inclusive plan, from accommodation, 6 meals per day, drinks (including alcoholic), round-trip airport transfer and 2 safaris per day, with trained guides. It's difficult to say in words everything we experience here. We hope to come back one day and celebrate incredible moments with you again.

From the moment you arrive you just know your every whim will be taken care of. The attention to detail by the staff is incredible. The food was fabulous and way more than we needed. The game drive teams ensure you get your fill of the wildlife. We saw the big 5 in the first 2 days. Our accommodation was fit for a king! Completely luxurious. All in all - you won't want to leave!!

Good stay overall but management did not satisfactorily attend to issues. The manager on duty did not take proper time to understand the issue around hot air ballon cancellation.

We saw the big 5, stayed in top-notch accommodation, and really enjoyed the food. Made use of the spa for an excellent massage also.

On the advice of a great agency/reservation center (Eastcapetours), we broke the bank and booked 3 nights at Kapama Southern Camp with our 2 teenagers aged 14 and 16. This place is magical and we had one of the best times of our lives there!!! The hotel is simply magnificent, the rooms very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped and the service is simply impeccable. As soon as you arrive (which is very easy to do by shuttle in a few minutes if you arrive by flight via Hoedspruit airport), you are taken care of and all you have to do is let yourself be guided throughout the daytime. The meals and snacks are excellent, varied and very well presented. Special dedication to the local color dinner served in the Boma). But the best part of this experience is of course the safaris! 2 per day (one at dawn and the other at the end of the day). We were accompanied by our great guide Richard and his tracker Forgive: what a fantastic duo! They made us experience moments of great beauty and they shared their knowledge with us with great generosity. Thank you very much for this luxurious parenthesis which will remain forever engraved!
