It stays in good location but the wifi of room was awful, it was connecting and disconnecting, our room was not air conditioning but it was ok and clean.overalls I suggest this hotel to other people, The breakfast was so good.

Super friendly staff, great breakfast, wonderful wellness area with two saunas, steam room, swimming pool and a tea station. Little self-serviced convenience store by reception. A twenty minute drive to Salzburg. We really enjoyed our stay! Was an amazing wedding anniversary getaway!

Far from the lake, can't see the lake. Many tour groups. Few breakfast varieties and average service. The room is big enough. But it doesn't support two adults and two children. You need to book two rooms.

The originally booked room is older, so I have to pay to upgrade the room.

The hotel is in a great location, with a convenience store nearby. Very clean! The service is great! Beautiful scenery! A rich variety of breakfast!

Large room, good environment

Small Speaker Radio Station: It’s no longer Sheraton! The Luxury Collection next to it is also under renovation and is expected to be delisted when it opens! The hotel has been renovated and is much newer than before! The breakfast is average, but breakfasts abroad are similar!

Beautiful, classic, old fashioned (the good kind)! - such a lovely getaway! We had a standard hotel room, large in size, a very comfortable bed and just all good. The breakfast was great, well stocked with everyhting our heart desired. The location, the mountains and the lakes and the easy parking etc. Makes the stay even better. One thing we missed was a lighter food option. With a smaller child, the heavy Austrian options were not a hit, and the bar-menu was fun one night, but not every night, so we had to leave the premisses to get something lighter/child friendly/“faster”.

The resort is located in a very lovely area by Lake Fuschl not far away from St. Gilgen! At arrival we were met with such a 'warm friendly welcome' from a young man and I felt so happy to be greeted in such a special and friendly way! The check in procedure was fast and we got an upgrade being Mariott Bonvoy members - our rooms was spacious and beautiful - a big king bed - all brand new linen and towels - a big terrace overlooking the nice garden. The emerald-green Lake Fuschl is just short walk away and it is so pleasant to sit down there and hear the birds - enjoying nature - looking at the clear water - relaxing in the loungers chairs - really done nicely! The restaurant: we had dinner here a few evenings - really exellent food! Can recommend this wonderful resort for your next vacation!!!

Check-in was a breeze, and the receptionist was very kind, providing a thorough explanation of the area. The rooms were modern and functioned well, featuring very comfortable mattresses, large TV screens, and excellent air conditioning. However, the spa was somewhat disappointing, with a small indoor pool that had cold water and no hot tub. Additionally, there was no view of the nearby lake from the rooms. Overall, the hotel offers modern, comfortable accommodations but could improve its spa facilities and views.

This was a real treat. I stayed two nights instead of one as I enjoyed it so much. I had a half board package which included breakfast and dinner and wow was the food good. Dinner had a pre-set three-course meal for two included and breakfast was a buffet. The food was outstanding and well worth the difference. Its a popular spot so make reservations for dinner if you want the local specialties - otherwise, you can go to the bar which has good food as well but a different menu. The spa itself was great, Austrian style. I didn't use the pool but the steam room, sauna, and relaxation area was great. They also opened a lake-side beach which is a little hike down hill and back which is more than a stroll but not quite a hike. The lake is beautiful, worth going to. Its shallow so hard to swim at but you can relax in the waters. I had a spa treatment, quite excellent and not outrageously priced for a spa hotel resort. The hours of the sauna's operating are a little weird, like 9-11 and 4 to ten pm, so no when you go what to expect as some items arent continuously on. And being Austrian style, you dont wear clothes in the sauna area , just towels or robes. Do what the romans do... The room was excellent, the upgraded me to a suite after an initial error made with the room I was given (a downgrade from my reservation). I had amazing views and frankly, it was a palace. The room had everything I needed and more including a deck. That was special and a good recovery from the initial error at check-in. FYI there are plenty of markets a short drive or bike ride from the hotel on the main road. Try not to get a room facing it if you can.

Great location wth amazing view. Staff at restaurant and in spa were very kind. All in all, during my recent stay at the Jagdhof, I experienced a delightful blend of hositality, comfort, and outstanding service that made my visit memorable. However, there was one aspect that stood out negatively—the reception staff. Not to brag, but I am Diamond / Platinum member at almost all Hotel chains. Trust me : the staff at reception know upfront and give me that special feeling. Here, at this hotel , I menstioned that I was Bonvoy Siler Elite at check-in. They did not even react. Not nice..

Wonderful location with great potential. Right next to a wonderful lake, but there are no views of the lake anywhere from the property. The management uses misleading advertising information about the hotel. Leverages fine print to say, they were aerial pictures, but lake isn't accesible from the property. When confronted with this, they provide no recourse or discounts of any sort. They would charge you full. No one is fluent in English to have any serious conversation or figure out an arrangement. The Air Conditioning doesn't work. Offered to send in maintenance to fix AC and never arrived. Seriously disappointed and terrible customer service. The breakfast and room were ok. But anything beyond that is way too much to ask. Keep in mind they sell out all the time, so there isn't a lack of money at this property.

Very nice hotel, nice stuff, close to wonderful Fußchlsee and Wolfgangsee. Good sauna area, nice surroundings, excellent breakfast, beautiful scenery and air. Go to Fusßlsee and rent electric boat to sail around the lake, the water is heavenly turquoise
