酒店餐具不是很乾凈，吃早餐時好多盤子和碗和杯子和勺子都還有沒洗乾淨的食物殘渣，看來洗碗機也會清洗不到位，餐廳工作人員基本不會英語，吃完飯的桌子也不擦，也沒有及時為下一桌放好餐具

Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern.
Nur gibt es im Bad 2 Haken für die Handtücher. Bei drei Personen benötigt man deutlich mehr für je 3 Handtücher groß, klein und Bademantel.
Die nassen Handtücher konnte man nicht in der Therme zurück lassen oder dort Neue bekommen. Das ist nicht praktisch mitgedacht.
Die Therme ist im Badebereich ein Spaßbad. Die Lautstärke im Saunabereich war nicht gerade entspannt.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich nur musste man das Personal auf die aufzufüllenden Speisen hinweisen.
Das Hotel liegt neben einem Gewerbegebiet.
Das Preis Leistungsangebot finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.

Hotel gut, Frühstück gut, Therme schön, Zimmer sehr schön - und trotzdem nur 2 Punkte. Warum?:....Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter der Bar "erwischt". Bis kurz vor Mitternacht rumpelte und polterte es. Wenn man solche Zimmer (waren auch die teuersten) anbietet, sollte man entweder einen besseren Lärmschutz haben oder die Gäste vorwarnen. Schade ums Geld, wenn man nicht schlafen kann .... Wir kommen wegen der Therme auch gerne mal wieder - aber dann in andere Räume.

Schade find ich das am Abreisetag die Therme nicht noch denn ganzen tag genutzen werden kann.
Da ich im verkauf tätig bin und somit immer erst Samstags anreisen kann ist ein Wochenende sehr kurz.
Vielleicht kann man das ja noch ändern.
Ansonsten find ich es hier sehr schön.
Zimmer sind sehr sauber.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit Bademantelzugang zur Therme.
Das find ich absolut mega.
