酒店位置就在景區中心附近，遊客的停車場🅿️對面。走到景區公交巴士站3分鐘。酒店主樓（沿馬路）僅來了早餐廳，客房僅開副樓，相對安靜。客房設施屬於德國老式的家庭Hotel模式（温馨舒適）。感覺欠佳的是午夜時分在牀頭櫃發現蟑螂🪳，屋內有小蟲。擔心會有跳蚤。心情一下受影響了。

One of the few hotels in Hohenschwangau, pretty close to castle ticket counter and offers beautiful view of castle from the front porch; check-in staff was really curt and rude; room was tiny and basic though clean; there was barely even room to open any bags, no full length mirror in our room and we had to manage with a small mirror in the bathroom; breakfast was frugal and no toiletries are provided in the bathroom

Booked through booking.con due to its proximity to Neuschwanstein Castle, we were satisfied with the rooms, the internet connection and the rich breakfast buffet. The only flaw is that, although two double rooms were booked in my name, we were given two rooms on different floors very far from each other. Next time I will specify that I want them close together. The reception system is very "modern". In fact, guests will easily find it closed upon arrival but, by checking their emails, they will find the communication from the hotel with the room number and the code to collect the key to the assigned room from a special box.

Staff is too strict and look down Asian people also room is too noise and small view is ok and close to the castle. Breakfast is so bore not many thing to eat. Summary not recommend for Asian people. 😭

on the positive: the location and the view of the Neuschwantein from the terrace on the ground floor on the negative · we had to wait for our hotelier to finish smoking her cigarette to take care of our arrival... clean but tiny rooms basic and poor quality breakfast Could do better
