I've been staying at this hotel for 9 days now, and I've had a fantastic experience. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is elegant, and it's spotlessly clean. The service is warm and attentive, especially the breakfast which is light and delicious. They offer local specialties like lamb offal shumai, cold dishes, hot food, and fruits, and the selection changes daily, so it never gets repetitive.

Great stay at this property in Hothot (better than the other branded 5-star hotel I stayed in Hothot near MixC). Seamless check-in process, within one-odd kilometers from Wanda Plaza, and also within 10-15 minutes from Inner Mongolia Museum and Hothot East Railway Station. Very spacious room filled with all the required amenities, extra bottles of water at the same floor lift lobby, gym and free laundry room with laundry bags, detergent, lint remover all included as well. Great selection of food and beverages at the breakfast buffet. Decent family-friendly restaurant named "Xibei" and wellness spa right at the same building. Especially suitable for families with young kids, with the amazing kids' theme and toys.

The room is good, this is my second stay. However, the fruit provided this time needs improvement, thank you. If you're going to offer something, it might be better to just skip the fruit or provide a few bottles of mineral water and some dried fruit instead. Giving just four pieces of fruit, especially when the lychees aren't fresh, doesn't look great. If you're going to offer a complimentary item, it's better to be a bit more generous.

Hotel room is clean and bed comfortable. Hot water pressure is sufficient. However, hotel turn off air conditioning in the night making it very uncomfortable for guest to stay as room is stuffy. When contacted recep staff, he is unable to resolve the issue and whole night we cannot sleep (waking up multiple times ) and totally exhausted the next day. Was told they only turn on air conditioning 12 hrs a day but later the morning staff advised air conditioning spoiled which is weird because the night staff is not aware of such situation. Was then advised again that some guests think that air conditioning is too cold. Not acceptable for a 4stars hotel.

The price was indeed cheap, but the facilities were old and shoddy.
