The hotel reception staff were incredibly polite and attentive. We arrived in the morning, but as there were no rooms available for immediate check-in, we went out for lunch. When we returned to the hotel lobby to relax after our meal, there happened to be a room ready. Xiao Shi, seeing us, immediately informed us and facilitated an early check-in. The hotel facilities are exactly as depicted in the official photos. The location is convenient. The breakfast spread is lavish, featuring lamb offal soup with flatbread, Mongolian hot pot tea, and lamb dumplings. You don't even need to leave the hotel to savor classic Mongolian delicacies. We stayed for 4 nights straight. This hotel is definitely worth staying at! 👍🏻

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the nearby attractions. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. It's truly a hotel with fantastic value for money.

First time in Hohhot, and I chose the Hilton Garden Inn – the experience truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They even upgraded my room type when I checked in, which made me feel so welcome. The room itself was incredibly well-equipped. It even had its own dedicated living bar area, complete with a microwave, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, and even a sink for washing up! The view from the room was also fantastic, offering an unobstructed panorama that was truly delightful. One small detail in the room really charmed me – a magnetic blackboard with a lovely, childlike drawing celebrating Children's Day. It felt so lively, playful, and cozy! I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Hohhot.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Great Mosque and Kuanzhai Alley. The room facilities are complete and quite new, with a thoughtful layout. The lobby offers a complimentary tea bar with tea, coffee, and small biscuits. The service is excellent and welcoming.

Conveniently located near Wide and Narrow Alleys, with easy access and parking. They even have a slow charging pile in the backyard. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and proactively upgraded us to an elderly-friendly room, considering our age. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, grab bars installed, and a fully smart toilet. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

The facilities are excellent and very clean, and the service is great. This Hilton Garden Inn is a cut above the Hilton Hampton Inn in Tianjin. Plus, there's a lively neighborhood nearby that's perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening, which is really convenient.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the Great Mosque and Wide and Narrow Alleys. Plus, you can easily get delivery from all the restaurants you want to try. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the hotel amenities provided are all of good quality – special shout-out to the tissues! Breakfast was delicious too; there was always something I liked every day. The only downside was a slight smoky smell in the hallway.
