The location is super convenient, no traffic jams around, making it easy to get anywhere, and taxis are readily available. Even though it's an older hotel, it's very clean. It's family-friendly, and the staff are all really enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast is also fantastic, especially the lamb offal soup!

I booked this on Trip.com for just over 300 RMB, and I was quite happy with my stay. The facilities were very complete, and although they had a vintage feel, everything seemed clean. I particularly appreciated that there were both soft and firm pillows. I was very satisfied with that.

We stayed out for one night in between, and when we returned to Hohhot, we came back to Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel for another three consecutive nights. They were incredibly accommodating to all our requests, and the service attitude was impeccable. They even provided free children's breakfast for three days, which made us extremely satisfied!

The hotel facilities are excellent and well-equipped, and the lobby is quite grand. The front desk service was prompt, and the room itself was spacious, bright, and comfortable. All the bathroom fixtures were clean and hygienic, and the overall service was satisfactory. What truly stands out is the hotel's breakfast. Firstly, the environment is very pleasant, especially the corridor leading to the breakfast area, which has a unique and refreshing design. Secondly, the breakfast spread is extensive, offering Chinese, Western, and local specialty dishes, as well as various nutritious soups, all of which were delicious. This hotel is definitely worth choosing again. Parking is also convenient.

The hotel was incredibly messy, the front desk service was poor, and the room facilities were outdated. The air conditioning was broken; it stayed at 30 degrees all night and made a lot of noise.

This was a fantastic stay! The hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the subway and a shopping mall. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable that I slept really well. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage. The location is convenient with parking available. We asked for a late checkout and they extended it for all three of our rooms. It's a great choice for family travel.
