The breakfast tasted good, and the restaurant auntie kindly helped us with hot water. Our room in the alley was very quiet. Everything was satisfactory except for the bathroom, which was a bit too small.

This time, the experience of bringing elders and children exceeded expectations. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy. The fragrance of the lobby is elegant and not pungent. The young lady at the check-in front desk is very gentle and took the initiative to arrange a quiet room type on the high floor for us. The room is well lit, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water supply is stable, and the quality of toiletries is online. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, hot dishes, pasta, and fruits. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously, the demand response is super fast, the parking downstairs is convenient, the surrounding supermarkets are very close, the whole family lives comfortably, and I will choose this one next time I travel for my family!

We were extremely satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Hohhot.

The laundry room is super convenient; I was staying for five days and didn't bring many clothes, so the laundry room was a lifesaver. The first time I went, there were no washing machines available, so I left my clothes on the sofa, and the staff very thoughtfully washed and dried them for us. Cleanliness: Very clean. We stayed for five nights, and the housekeeping staff would kindly ask if we needed cleaning. On the third afternoon, we didn't go out, and the cleaning staff specifically came to deliver water and snacks. Environment: Good, quite nice for a hotel in the same price range. Service: When checking out, the front desk attendant asked if we had a pleasant stay. He was very handsome. It was raining when we left, and we happened to run into the front desk staff and manager who thoughtfully escorted us to the intersection with umbrellas, as we didn't have any.
