NiHao Hotels in Hohhot

Staying here for business trips is so convenient! The room is clean and odor-free, the bedding is comfortable, the hot water is reliable, and the staff are professional and attentive. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time! It's a hotel with excellent value for money! The soundproofing is great, so I don't have to worry about being disturbed when I'm working on a project late at night. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast selection is extensive. It's perfect for business travelers!

The hotel is excellent and perfectly located. It's across from the bus station, and several major car rental companies are located right across the street, making it super convenient for those looking to rent and drive. There's also a bus stop nearby, making it convenient for everywhere. Dazhao Temple and Guanyin Temple are both within a kilometer of our walk. Traveling with my father and children, convenience was crucial. We stayed for five consecutive days. The jasmine tea prepared by Cha Yan Yue Se in the lobby was delicious, and we always filled a glass of water before leaving the house each day. The front desk lady was very helpful and even gave a small box of Inner Mongolia specialties to a child. It was delicious, so we ended up buying some by brand. A robot delivered items to our room door, which was very convenient. The room linens were spotless and the room was cleaned thoroughly. The breakfast was excellent, with freshly cooked noodles and wontons. It was a little crowded during peak summer vacation, but the food was restocked quickly! Overall, it was a very nice hotel and I was very satisfied! I will definitely choose Nihao Hotel for future trips; it's a trustworthy hotel.

The environmental sanitation is very good. I like the screen mirroring function the most. It is very convenient to use. The front desk service is also super good, and the girl’s service attitude is great!

The room layout was nice, and it was close to the scenic area, but the insect problem was really bothering me. Upon checking in, I found an insect on the pillow and immediately called the front desk. The staff were incredibly kind, apologizing profusely, and quickly changed my room. I thought that was the end of it, but the next day when I checked out, my roommate mentioned that the new room also had insects. After mentioning it to the front desk, they were still very sincere in their apologies and even gave me a small gift. Later, after leaving, I learned that my travel companions had the same problem in their room; several insects had crawled out of the drain. (P.S.: While writing this, I suddenly remembered that the next morning after we moved to our new room, the housekeeping staff swiped their card and entered the room. Seeing someone in the room, they were very surprised and asked, ”Weren't you checking out?” We clearly still had our room card and hadn't mentioned checking out at all. I don't know where they got the information that we were checking out. Was it because there wasn't a ”Do Not Disturb” sign? Even so, shouldn't the housekeeping staff at least have asked, ”Do you need your room cleaned?” before entering, instead of assuming we were checking out and swiping their card to come in? This was really uncomfortable and felt like our privacy was being violated.) To be fair, the hotel receptionist's attitude was always excellent, and the facilities were decent, but the bug problem was unacceptable. Coupled with the incident of being abruptly allowed in this morning, I thought I'd share my experience for others' reference.
