It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for ”dirtying a face towel” as we were leaving. My partner said: ”it feels a bit 'communist'”... which is a nice sum up. Certainly one for any shortlist though.

We had amazing experience at La Siesta :) Great service from reception Ms Sunny and Ms Lucy for helping us kindly, and bell boy carried all of our luggages. We got a free upgrade to suites room. Also Spa was super nice. restaurant manager and team was gave us good service, great food !! Upon the check out, there was a small issue for the luggages which is the team accidentally didn’t put our luggages inside car, but Ms Lucy and driver help to bring our luggages at the airport. Thank you for great service and follow up to solve problem. It takes about 15 〜 20 minutes to walk to the old town, but it was quiet at night because it was off the main street. There are vegan restaurants and cafes nearby. The lady at the reception is very kind and friendly. I thought it was hard to carry my luggage without an elevator, and the cleaner and the lady at the reception carried it. The room was large and clean. The bathtub felt old, but it also had a hot shower, and I thought it was a hotel more than the price. I would like to stay again.

Although it is a four-star hotel, there is room for improvement in facilities and sanitary conditions. The bathroom and curtains have moldy spots. The door of the room type cannot be locked at the beginning. After the reaction, it was repaired, but it was locked in the room the next morning. I had to call the counter to help. Ask the hotel to help arrange the transfer to Bana Mountain. The driver may not be familiar with the road in the middle. It is a bit uneasy to drive with a mobile phone all the way.

We recently stayed with Phong Phu Villa in Hoi An and we highly recommended it. Despite being a little bit tired, the hotel was immaculately clean. Its ideal location puts it within easy walking distance of the Old Town and several fantastic local restaurants providing wonderful local Hoi An specialties. The breakfast options were a bit limited and simple but very tasty The air conditioning in the room worked well enough but due to the unusually warm weather in May, the hotel provided an extra fan as we were melting overnight. The one small issue we had was the nearby construction work, which began daily at 7 a.m. and which the hotel had no control of. Nonetheless, my husband and I had a fantastic time and would very much recommend this place to stay.
