The location is very good, the room is spacious, but the design of some places is weird. The bathroom is divided into a shower room with a door and a bathtub space without a door, so you won't want to use the bathtub. The bathroom also lacks shelves for clothes and towels.
The breakfast was average, but nothing bad.

The room is relatively old, but it's really close to Hoi An Ancient Town. It's only a few minutes' walk away. The first floor I stayed in had a musty smell. There were geckos lying outside the glass.

The room is spacious, a bit too spacious if it is a river view. I don't know why they leave the door open before the guests enter the room. Housekeeping was not good because the housekeeping room is messy. Breakfast was okay. The good side is the staff are super friendly and the hotel is very near the heritage site.

The exterior is beautiful, but there are some issues with the room, such as the closet not being properly set up, dust on the shelf that houses the refrigerator, and moldy edges of the shower curtain (roll curtain). But it's within an acceptable range, given the characteristics of the country. The refrigerator didn't turn on, so I couldn't get the water cold...
The people at the hotel were kind and I felt comfortable greeting them and smiling. The location was also good. Although it's a little out of the way, the night market isn't far away, and the room was on the city side rather than the river side, but Hoi An is beautiful, so even the city side was beautiful. It's a festival every day, so it's noisy outside, but after 11pm it gets quiet. Even during busy times, I didn't feel it was noisy (perhaps because I didn't understand the language).
The breakfast was delicious, but most of the food was Western-style, probably because they were catering to Western customers, so I would have been happy if they had a little more Vietnamese food.
I think it would be great if the cleaning was a little more thorough.

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials . I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Hoi an. Will be back to this place soon
