It was very convenient and easy to access Hoi An Old Town and the night market.
Breakfast was a style where you could choose from the menu, but the tour departed early both times during the two nights, so we could only choose the menu that was served the soonest, which was disappointing.
Still, the staff was very kind and prepared breakfast earlier than the regular breakfast time.
The shower had a glass wall between the sink and the shower, so the sink got wet when you used it.
The floor was slippery when wet, but there were flip-flops in the room, and I wore them when I took a shower and it wasn't slippery, so I recommend using sandals.
The towels were thin and quite well-used, so they were not very absorbent.
The hair dryer was quite weak, so it took a long time to dry my hair.
The facilities were a little old, but overall I think it was a good hotel.

Small and familiar place. Large, comfortable and clean rooms. I want to highlight the kindness of the local people, always attentive to the needs of the guests, ready to give us a free bottle of water every time we entered or left. The upper pool is small but enough to refresh after a day of walking. And best of all: breakfast. Varied and rich, with lots of fruit. The day we arrived they allowed us to check in early and gave us breakfast. It is also very well located

This hotel is prime location - walking distance from the ancient town. As expected, Vietnam was showing off with its extraordinary temperatures. There were free unlimited bottles of water, which is probably one of the nicest extras to have in this weather. The room and bathroom were small but clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and came with a huge variety of fruit. This hostel felt plentiful and was a lovely last destination for our trip.

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, and our room was ready to check-in. After a day of walking, the lift was a welcome sight. Our room was tidy, with a stocked fridge and snacks. The air conditioning functioned well, and the bathroom had good hot water and cleanliness. We were treated to a picturesque view of the river. During our stay, Lien, our host, graciously shared insider tips on dining and navigating the local markets. Just a brief stroll from the homestay, we discovered a great street lined with stalls offering delicious traditional dishes—a culinary adventure we indulged in repeatedly. Additionally, the street is nice and quiet and the night market is conveniently close by, as is the main town to explore. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing—fresh and made-to-order. We would happily stay again.

We had reserved a 30 m2 deluxe room on booking. The room we received on arrival was about 12m2. There was no closet or anything like that. Just a small table with 2 chairs. There was no room for anything else. When we asked, Mrs. Mouse explained that it was her deluxe room. The next morning we changed hotels and she canceled our reservation on booking. Then she asked me to confirm the request email from booking. Which I did, not knowing that this would mean that I would no longer be able to give a review on Book :(. 2 stars are for the good breakfast and the cleanliness of the room

This was a lovely cheap stay although do not recognise some of the hotels photos the travellers photos are more accurate it is not fancy but the rooms are basic but clean the place was very well placed for the lively bars and restaurants and minutes walk to the river but it is set back so if you want quiet at night you can not hear the loud music in Hoi An town the best bit was the host they were lovely gave us great info gave us a bottle of water each everytime we went in or out of the building they were lovely I would go back we were unlucky it rained every one of our 4 day stay so never got the chance to have breakfast on the lovely roof terrace or use the pool

Excellent locating walking distance of night market and old town. The property is clean, our room had a nice balcony and there used to be a rooftop pool overlooking the river. The owner could not be more helpful and gave us loads of info on Hoi An and places to visit and eat. The breakfast was first class with loads of choice plus fresh fruit on the table. The bottled water is free and you just help yourself. We paid £35 for one night in a family room- exceptional value and a great experience. Would certainly recommend.

We stayed 2 nights with 3 friends, everyone had a great time, the lady at reception is incredible! Kind and attentive, she helped us a lot with excursion reservations and booking a car with a private driver to take us to Da Nang. The included breakfast is really great, my friends and I all agree to recommend this establishment with our eyes closed!
