ホイアンの旧市街やナイトマーケットにとてもアクセスがよく、便利でした。
朝食はメニューを選んでオーダーできるスタイルでしたが、2泊中2回ともツアーの出発時間が早く、最短で出してもらえるメニューしか選ぶ余地がなくて残念でした。
それでも、規定の朝食時間より早く朝食を用意してくれたりと、スタッフはとても親切でよかったです。
シャワーは洗面との間にガラスの壁が部分的にあるタイプで、使うと洗面の部分まで濡れます。
床は濡れると、滑りやすかったですが、部屋に備え付けのビーチサンダルがあり、それを履いてシャワーを使ったら滑らなかったので、サンダルを使用することをお勧めします。
タオル類は薄め、且つ結構使い込まれているので、吸水性が今イチです。
ドライヤーも風がかなり貧弱なので、髪を乾かすのに時間がかかりました。
設備面はちょっと古めですが、全体としては悪くないホテルだったと思います。

Lugar pequeño y familiar. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. Quiero destacar la amabilidad de la gente del lugar, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes, pendientes de darnos una botella de agua gratis cada vez que entrábamos o salíamos. La piscina superior es chica pero suficiente para refresc**** después de un día de caminata. Y lo mejor de todo: el desayuno. Variado y rico, con mucha fruta. El día que llegamos nos permitieron hacer el check in antes del horario y nos regalaron el desayuno. También está muy bien ubicado

This hotel is prime location - walking distance from the ancient town. As expected, Vietnam was showing off with its extraordinary temperatures. There were free unlimited bottles of water, which is probably one of the nicest extras to have in this weather. The room and bathroom were small but clean. The host was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and came with a huge variety of fruit. This hostel felt plentiful and was a lovely last destination for our trip.

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival, and our room was ready to check-in. After a day of walking, the lift was a welcome sight. Our room was tidy, with a stocked fridge and snacks. The air conditioning functioned well, and the bathroom had good hot water and cleanliness. We were treated to a picturesque view of the river. During our stay, Lien, our host, graciously shared insider tips on dining and navigating the local markets. Just a brief stroll from the homestay, we discovered a great street lined with stalls offering delicious traditional dishes—a culinary adventure we indulged in repeatedly. Additionally, the street is nice and quiet and the night market is conveniently close by, as is the main town to explore. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing—fresh and made-to-order. We would happily stay again.

Wir hatten ein 30 m2 Deluxe Zimmer bei booking reserviert. Das Zimmer, das wir bei unserer Ankunft erhielten, war ca. 12m2 klein. Es gab keinen Schrank oä. Nur einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Für mehr war auch kein Platz. Auf Nachfrage erklärte uns Frau Mouse, dass das ihr Deluxe Zimmer sei. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir das Hotel gewechselt und sie hat unsere Reservierung bei booking storniert. Dann forderte sie mich auf, die Nachfrage Email von booking zu bestätigen. Was ich auch getan habe, nicht wissend, dass damit eine Bewertung bei Book nicht mehr möglich ist:(. 2 Sterne gibt es für das gute Frühstück und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers

This was a lovely cheap stay although do not recognise some of the hotels photos the travellers photos are more accurate it is not fancy but the rooms are basic but clean the place was very well placed for the lively bars and restaurants and minutes walk to the river but it is set back so if you want quiet at night you can not hear the loud music in Hoi An town the best bit was the host they were lovely gave us great info gave us a bottle of water each everytime we went in or out of the building they were lovely I would go back we were unlucky it rained every one of our 4 day stay so never got the chance to have breakfast on the lovely roof terrace or use the pool

Excellent locating walking distance of night market and old town. The property is clean, our room had a nice balcony and there used to be a rooftop pool overlooking the river. The owner could not be more helpful and gave us loads of info on Hoi An and places to visit and eat. The breakfast was first class with loads of choice plus fresh fruit on the table. The bottled water is free and you just help yourself. We paid £35 for one night in a family room- exceptional value and a great experience. Would certainly recommend.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits avec 3 amis , tous c’est super bien passé, la dame de la réception est incroyable! Gentille et à l’écoute elle nous a beaucoup aidé dans les réservations d’excursion et la réservation d’une voiture avec chauffeur privé pour nous amener à da nang . Le petit dej compris est vraiment top , mes amis et moi sommes tous d’accord pour recommander cet établissement les yeux fermés !
