We really enjoyed our stay at Hoi An Village Lodge. The room we had was bright and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff were all very helpful with a special thanks to Nam who doesn't speak English but somehow was always able to interpret our requests and Binh the manager was always lovely to deal with. We used the free bicycles daily as we loved exploring the beaches, local villages and laneways across rice paddies and crops. If you do stay here do try to visit Breeze Restaurant which is a couple of minutes away by bicycle.

Stayed here for 3 nights in December. It was an oasis of calm and tranquility, a 15 minute walk from the centre of Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and superb choice. The rooms were so comfortable with so many lovely touches. The outdoor pools were all in a wonderful setting against the well tendered grounds. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Khách sạn phòng ốc ok nhưng thái độ phục vụ quá tệ , đi thuê mà như xin ở , rất khó chịu , ăn nhậu xong phải dọn liền , mất đồ vu khống khách hàng , 11h trả phòng mà phải dọn dẹp đồ trước 10h để khách khác tới ko thì trừ 1trieu. Dịch vụ quá tệ . No happpy. No happpy. Xứng đáng 1 sao nhé .

Phòng ốc ok, thái độ Lễ tân quá tệ. Đã hợp đồng check out 11h30 là sẽ dọn dẹp sạch sẽ nhưng Lễ tân yêu cầu ăn tối xong phải dọn trước 22h và sáng hôm sau phải yêu cầu dọn dẹp trước 10h sáng nếu không sẽ lấy 1tr tiền cọc. Lễ tân ăn nói với khách như dân chợ búa. Không có lần thứ 2 ghé lại! Quá tệ
