Environment: The greenery is great, and it's surrounded by rice paddies. We had to take a taxi every time we left the hotel, though they do offer a scheduled shuttle service to the ancient town.
Cleanliness: The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The rooftop pool was quite clean, but the water quality in the larger pool wasn't good; I only recommend using the rooftop pool.
Service: The service attitude was excellent. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy on the first night, and they immediately helped us change rooms and even upgraded our room type. I was very satisfied with how they handled it.
The hotel also offers many happy hour activities, laundry service is very affordable, and the spa is also a great value.

Beds suck so bad! They tried to fix it but to no avail. Second mattress harder than the first. We have back and hip issues so no overcoming this issue. We checked out and they said no refund for remaining 11 nights. That’s really bad customer service!!!!!!!! Manager got invasive when we were leaving. None of her business where we were going!

Relaxing and beautiful resort. Rooms were spacious and clean and hotel team took special care to keep out any bugs! Just a minor issue with the shower water heater (water might turn cold briefly). The staff were very friendly and helpful to arrange free shuttle service for us to old town area. We’ll definitely conside revisiting this lovely place.

It's a beautiful property with friendly staff. We got upgraded to a pool villa. We enjoyed the infinity pool which was only for adults. Breakfast was enjoyable too. We stayed for 3 nights. Only issue was the air-cond took a long time to get cool. The weather was really hot. However the staff brought us a stand fan which made it very comfortable.

This hotel is a perfect 100! I was incredibly satisfied with everything, especially the room's decor and the garden-like environment. It's truly highly recommended. The staff, from the front desk to the service team, were all incredibly friendly, always smiling, and proactively greeted guests. This is my favorite hotel after all these days of traveling in Vietnam. Highly, highly recommend!

Me and two friends came and stayed of 6 nights, we had a fantastic time, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was great and we had no problems. The reception staff helped us book a tour and were fantastic with communication and if we had questions. I would highly recommend for any age.

The loveliest hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. There are two pools – the rooftop one was especially nice and quiet. Bicycles are available for borrow, and the shuttle van to the old town or the beach is very convenient. The staff were truly lovely and made the stay even better. The gym is a bit old, but still better than many others I’ve experienced. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. There is a yoga session too.
