It’s my second time staying here and it always feels like home. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is amazing to cool off in. The breakfast has to be the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. I honestly didn’t want to leave. The staff is friendly and helpful and they always have a smile on their face. I honestly love it here. I’ll stay here every time I visit the lovely city of Hoi An

Absolute gem of a place! Excellent location, AMAZING staff who welcome you warmly and provide help and information to make your stay great! Breakfast is really good and the pool and overall atmosphere of Hadana is fantastic - so charming. Close to mini marts and local restaurants too. Stay here, you will be HAPPY you booked! 😊

Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. One of my colleagues was sick and unable to come down for breakfast. I made a very small sandwich to take to the room for her, but the restaurant staff stopped me and said I was not allowed to take any food upstairs. Their response was extremely insensitive — they even said “if she is sick, she should come downstairs”, which is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of empathy. Additionally, there was a bottle of water placed in the room with the seal already opened. On the last day, we were forced to pay for this water, despite the fact that it was clearly not sealed when we arrived. This felt like taking money from guests unfairly and left a very bad impression. Overall, the staff’s attitude, lack of basic hospitality, and unfair charges made our stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

Nice location, staff is friendly is doing their best to offer you anything to make your stay comfortable, nice boutique hotel for the area. Breakfast was fine, decent variety, but not too special. It has a nice pool and relax area around. What we were less impressed about was the cleanness of for example the room; was quite dusty, found a toenail on the floor and some rubbish under the desk and bathroom. Finally, we toke the Christmas buffet, even though we got a 10% discount; it was absolutely not worth the money. The idea was good, execution less and quality of the buffet was just very so so for the price. Overall decent for 2 nights, but nothing to rave about.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good - walking distance to old town and many options for food and drink nearby. Rooms were spacious well appointed. Breakfast and Spa both nice. I thought it was excellent value.

The Hadana Boutique Resort Hoi An is located about an hour’s drive from Da Nang International Airport. Upon check-in, Mei, one of the hotel staff, provided a clear explanation of the hotel room and facilities. She also recommended several places to visit around Hoi An, which was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that our booking included the New Year’s Eve countdown gala dinner at the hotel. The event was very well organized, and it was evident that the staff put a great deal of effort into planning and hosting it. The cocktails and buffet spread were excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Throughout the evening, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a highlight, featuring a mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that allowed us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

Service was great

This has been our best experience of hospitality in Vietnam. Our host was extremely nice, graceful and made us feel super comfortable from the get go. They even packed us two boxes for our trip to the airport as we had to leave early. The food was fresh and delicious. The rooms of this are classy and comfortable, they make you feel like royalty. The swimming pool is clean and fun. This hotel is at a peaceful location and a few minutes of walk away from the Ancient Town. I highly recommend this for stay in Hoi An.
