Dịch vụ quá tệ ! Hai vợ chồng đặt phòng trên booking xong xuôi đã được xác nhận xong chạy tới thì bị chủ khách sạn chặn n*** cổng không cho vào vì có người đặt nhà rồi. Vậy xác nhận làm gì vậy ? Đã thế không mời vào nhà được ly nước để người ta ngoài đường bắt tìm chỗ khác. Quá xem thường người khác
