Very good but can improve cleanliness.. the floating swan was dirty n room gt lizard 😅🥲

Location: It's relatively remote. You have to take Grab to get around. It takes about ten minutes to get to the lively area. There's not much to do nearby. The small spa shop next to it is very expensive (don’t go there) Environment: I went for the private swimming pool. It was nice to take pictures in that pool, but it was outdoor after all. There were definitely some small insects, and it was very hot and burned my buttocks; the inside of the room was very dilapidated! ! ! There is also a smell, and it is small, and there is no place to put the suitcase. The toilet is also dim and dark. The towels are all dark and old, and I dare not use them. The bathtub is also dark, and there are no disposable slippers. People use them repeatedly. I didn’t dare to wear flip-flops: the air conditioner was also bad, and it was so hot and cold that I couldn’t stand it. And when blowing on the head of the bed, you can only cover your head with the quilt, otherwise the blowing will cause a sensitive nose and headache! Service: In fact, it is not up to hotel standards at all. It can only be used as a B&B. There is no service at all. I only saw 2 waiters, who were not enthusiastic and did not help with luggage. Food: This room type has floating breakfast, which is quite rich! Lots of fruit! Summary: You can stay one night for the purpose of checking in and taking photos. After all, the price of this Alex room type is much more expensive than that of local hotels.

It was a very nice hotel. Just looking at the pool site from my room is very relaxing. The staff are all very kind and friendly. I want to stay here again. Staying here makes me love Hoi An even more.

This is a big villa, with about a dozen rooms.

There were a few ants, but The accommodation is really pretty. I’m satisfied!!! They brought me breakfast in the morning and it was okay!

We were incredibly impressed with The Mansion. The rooms are very clean, beautifully presented and the breakfast was delicious. The bikes were very handy and the staff attentive. This is not just an ‘Instagram’ resort but a gorgeous place to stay! Thank you!

We chose this hotel based on the beautiful Instagram Pictures but we were very disappointed. We didn’t realise that all the great pictures were taken in a private pool that we could not access. Even though the room attached to the pool was empty, they would not let us take one photo which is so so disappointing and very unlike Vietnamese hospitality. The rest of the hotel is tired and underwhelming. It really is a catfish and I would not recommend. There are much better places in Hoi An which much better attitude of staff. Do not stay here. Hoi An is an amazing destination and they really disappointed us.

Very cute place, staff are amazing and the breakfast is super good ! We stayed in the Alex room with a private pool. It was great. We had a great time! There’s bicycle for you to ride. The only thing is I don’t know how to take a shower in the bath 😅. Thank you so much to an amazing team !
