We stayed here to go to the Hoi An Lantern Festival.
The location was great, right next to the old town.
The room and bed are large, very clean, and the toilet and shower are well separated, so you won't get soaked. I was given two bottles of mineral water, and when I was walking around town, I ate banh mi while drinking.

The location of the property is very good. Due to the nature of the homestay hotel, there seem to be several families, but everyone was kind. The night market is nearby, but I slept well even when I was sleeping as if it ended around bedtime.

Would definitely recommend this homestay. It was easy to find, great location for the night market, bars, and lantern boats. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was quiet too. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great value for money!
