Hotel was clear and big but everything is little bit far for me so I stayed only one night

No complaints.
The staff's mother was too nice, so it was great that I negotiated personally and paid the money and stayed one more night. smile
It is really recommended for people who like resorts.
The water in the pool was beautiful and it was very comfortable.
Also, they let me borrow a bicycle, so I was able to go see the lantern festival even though it was a little far away!
I definitely want to go here again!

when we arrived at hotel, gate was closed, tried calling and no one answered the phone. after waiting 1-1/2 hr left to find somewhere else to stay and that took another hour. They will not refund money paid for my stay. Called ******* that night and they could not reach anyone either. Since they will not cancel the reservation they stole my money

Very good experience- traditional with enough comfort- quite neighborhood- village feel- bicycles provided free of charge allow you to go around & explore, reach beach in few minutes- best option for Hoi An . Great coffee & breakfast set you up for a day. Would stay again
