This is a very cozy and comfortable place. Responsive and friendly staff. The hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the river and a three-minute walk from Hoi An Memories Land. We liked it here so much after the noisy Da Nang that we decided to extend our stay another day) Thank you!

Very nice river view loft. Everything is just perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were in good condition. The location is ia bit far from the ancient town, but that would not be problem if you liked the quietness and enjoy walking and ride a bike along the riverside. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The best accomodation so far in my trip in Danang.

Friendly service staff and good breakfast selection with many fresh fruits. Room is spacious, looks new and clean. It's about 20 mins walk to the Hoi An town centre. If you enjoy quietness it's good.

Stunning hotel, staff with great hospitality. Breakfast is great. Room with vintage style and quite spacious. Located near a river which is a plus. I’ve lost a thing in the hotel and staff help me find it, which is unexpected pleasant One thing to note, there is a cockroach is the room, quite sizeable. I hope in the future it can improve Due to everything happened is so great, I would neglect the slight hygiene issue and give it five-star rating. I would not hesitate to say this a truly filling travelling experience and hotel would remain my top choices when re-visiting Hoi An

The overall look & feel of the room was so modern and lovely. Location's kind of quiet and peaceful but just 15 mins away from the Old Village via GrabBike. Overall had a pleasant stay!

All nice quiet area nice stuff

We were fortunate to be the only guests in the hotel when we arrived, and were greeted by a lovely receptionist named Phouc! We realized we booked the wrong room, but Phouc allowed us to change to the room we originally wanted (since it was the same price and it was unoccupied). She also took really good care of us and was able to anticipate our needs before we even asked. We stayed at the Deluxe loft which was a really quaint room with a lovely bathtub and gorgeous balcony views. The pool in the hotel was really nice too

Dream hotel, quiet, just the right size for Hoi An. It's probably 2 km away from Hoi An old town. In the evening, we chose to walk into town to see the way of life of Hoi An people. Until the old city, it's relaxed and the weather is good. I'd like to commend you for managing the old city very well. Woke up at 8 a.m. and went down to have breakfast, simple, good quality, very good fruit, delicious pho. You can see the river view by opening the window in the room, but it is a bit embarrassing that there is a tree blocking the view. The seats on the balcony are a bit awkward because the space is too narrow and it is difficult to sit in. The room is very comfortable, and the receptionist is very kind and will tell you where to go nearby. The place also helps rent motorcycles (150,000 dong/day). It takes about 8 minutes to ride to the coconut forest and take a boat. It takes about 5 minutes to ride to the beautiful Hoi An ancient town. The location is very convenient. I like this inexplicably. City. However, after riding to the pedestrian street, there is only mandatory parking nearby (5,000 dong/time). You have to remember where you park, otherwise you will be half dead when you go back too late... The water in the swimming pool is relatively clean. You can go downstairs to sleep directly. The bottom of the swimming pool is designed from shallow to deep. Breakfast is made to order, and it feels like a Vietnamese mother cooking breakfast. Overall, it's quite good. It's very quiet at night. I don't feel that there are other tourists checking in at all. However, in fact, I saw other passengers when checking in and checking out, so the sound insulation effect may be good.

Just under 6,000 yen per night in a river view room (breakfast included)🐥 It's cheaper if you get a city view, but I don't want to compromise on the ocean view (river view) or the pool because it's important to me. Also, there were bicycles available to rent here, so I thought it would be a good way to explore the city, so I decided to go there♪♪ The staff was very kind, and the pool was reserved for private use, so I was able to relax a lot. Good accommodation, clean, enthusiastic staff. But the entrance is a bit difficult to find if traveling by car. The breakfast buffet is a bit short on dishes. Will come back next time.

I like it so much that I booked another 1 night. The school is kind, upgraded from a garden view room to a river view room, really beautiful.

It's best. The view was nice and it was comfortable. I am very satisfied.

The room is clean, there is a bathtub, the owner takes care of himself, good service, there are bicycles to borrow as well. have breakfast too
