Anio Boutique Hotel Hoian

Welcoming reception and accommodating staff. I had a great room which wasn’t connected to the others so ask for 302 (402 etc as i presume they are stacked) to have no neighbours. Food was of a good quality when i ate in the hotel, big buffet of continental and local cuisine. Gym was a bit limited for me but you are 5-10 mins walk from 3-4 gyms that have a day pass at 50k VND (3 days 120k at certain ones) Treated myself to a massage after my workout which of a good quality - i opted for a more relaxing massage as im not a fan of Swedish or S&M massages, very reasonable for two days and cheaper on site than what i seen on route to the gym Room decor was beautiful, theres a mini bar fridge but i would have preferred water to be more readily available for gratis then having to pay 40k per bottle as i drink water mainly If im in Hoi an again i wouldnt hesitate to rebook

We arrived at the hotel quite late & the staff greeted us with fresh fruit & a positive attitude. Checking in was very swift & they even brought our bags up to the room! The hotel has quite a strong lemon scent, which can be a bit overpowering if you are sensitive to it, but it did make everything seem that little bit more luxurious. The breakfast was decked out with multiple different options, ranging from pastries, fruit, eggs, hot food, cold food, salad & cheese bar & an assortment of beverages. The room itself was lush; we had a great balcony overlooking the surrounding area (which you could see for dozens & dozens miles) The pool is great, but I recommend using it in the morning to catch the sun, otherwise it can start to get quite shaded in the afternoon. There are a lot of local spots nearby, perfect if you want to get a real feel of the country. Our favourite was just 10minutes walk away (15.89512° N, 108.32828° E) - a cafe with great atmosphere & a lovely man who runs it. He even let us have our food with the puppies! If you are traveling to the old town, they have free shuttle transfers, but I definitely recommend the Grab motorbikes; they are very efficient & come to the hotel very quickly. Overall, it was a great stay & I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay!

This was my second time staying here, and I absolutely love this hotel. The swimming pool is crystal clear and very clean. The spa is affordable and provides excellent service. I booked a massage with Mina, and she was amazing — her service helped me relax and recover from the exhaustion of traveling. We booked three rooms, and the staff kindly upgraded two of them for free! At first, the lemongrass scent in the rooms was a little too strong for us, but once I informed the staff, they immediately changed our rooms and even upgraded them at no extra charge. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices available every morning. I can confidently say that whenever I visit Hanoi, I will always choose to stay here again.

Mixed feelings. This is a good hotel that's poorly maintained. The grounds and rooms are tired, but the breakfasts are decent.

We had a wonderful stay at Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An. We were celebrating my friend’s 30th birthday, and the team kindly prepared a beautiful surprise with decorations and a cake. We also added a bouquet, which was lovely. Everything was arranged perfectly before our arrival. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended！

Stayed 1 night at Anio Hotel and had a great experience. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was good, and the front desk service, luggage handling, and overall hospitality were all impressive. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Didn’t have time to use the sauna and pool, but the pool looked beautiful. The hotel also provides free bicycles, although we chose to rent a motorbike instead. Traffic can be a bit chaotic, but it still felt safe. It was our first time riding a motorbike overseas and it was a great and convenient experience. Highly recommended stay!
